Springfield pours Coyote Brown Cerakote over the 1911 DS Prodigy 9mm

Springfield Armory has announced new Coyote Brown Cerakote versions of their now venerable 1911 DS Prodigy 9mm pistol to add more curb appeal than even before. This expands out their line of double-stack (DS) 1911 pistols with 4 more models by offering both high-cap and low-cap iterations in 4.25″ and 5″ barrel lengths.

All of the original 1911 DS Prodigy handguns are covered in a Cerakote finish as well in the more muted all black colorway.
