Each reel uses the iconic 1912 Check Mechanism, the original mechanism from all those years ago. The spool sticks with a classic narrow spool design, that is machined from bar stock aluminum finished with a deep gunmetal anodized coating. The spindle is made of naval brass and the line guide is made from red agate. The 1912 Perfect Fly Reel comes in both left and right-handed models and in 2 7/8in and 3 1/8in reel size. MSRP for all models is $895.
