The world is buzzing for pistol caliber carbines (PCC) with the fun of shooting them recreationally, competitively, and training for larger cartridge platforms like the AR-15 in its various chamberings. Now, Springfield Armory is throwing their hat into the ring with the announcement of their SAINT Victor Carbine that takes 9mm Colt-pattern magazines with a dedicated lower.

Springfield Armory’s new offering of the SAINT Victor Carbine in 9mm has a current MSRP of $1,299. This puts it in similar territory to other 9mm PCC rifles on the market today. It features a simple blowback design (because often times simpler is better), and you get other popular design choices seen on their SAINT rifle series like an ambidextrous safety, proprietary Springfield Armory (SA) Forward Blast Diverter, and proprietary Springfield Armory (SA) folding iron sights. The SAINT® Victor 9mm Carbine is designed to deliver a PCC (pistol caliber carbine) with all the performance and capabilities you have come to expect from the SAINT Victor line. From its full-length free-floated handguard with ample M-Lok® real estate for accessories to its forged upper and lower receivers designed around pistol-caliber cartridges, this 9mm carbine is built to deliver. Featuring a rugged direct blowback system of operation that ensures rock-solid reliability, the SAINT Victor 9mm Carbine feeds from durable steel 32-round Colt®-pattern magazines. The quick-handling package is rounded out with a B5 Systems Grip and five-position adjustable stock.
