Three new soft plastic lure arrivals this week from SPRO: the Pocket Tail Minnow Swimbait, Pin Tail Minnow, and Pin Tail Stick. All three are poured from a premium Japanese soft plastic recipe, Dura-Tough. This new highly resilient elastomer material is super strong and durable to be able to handle multiple fish. While at the same time still supple and soft enough for great action in the water as well.
Along with these features, these new baits are infused with Amino Bite Scents. This amino technology creates a scent trail that fish can key in on, and helps trigger more strikes. Perfect for fishing in low visibility water and heavy cover to have that extra edge for fish to home in on.
SPRO Pocket Tail Minnow – MSRP $6.30 a Pack
The Spro Pocket Tail Minnow is a 3.75-inch swimbait-shaped stick of dynamite, perfect for a more finessed use of swimbaits. Such as for bass feeding on small forage or fishing the backwaters of a bay or wetlands. The tail on these small swimbaits has a pocket, hence the name, to create a harder thumping swimming action. This gives a different sound profile from other swimbaits to help in more pressured waters.
The body is heavily ribbed to push more water and create more turbulence in the water as it swims. This works to call in fish from further out in clear or dirty water. The swimbait is also infused with Amino Bite Scent to create a scent trail that fish key in on. The Amino Bite scent is a custom amino acid blend made to trigger strikes by activating fishes’ predatory instincts. SPRO Pin Tail Minnow – MSRP $6.40 a Pack
The SPRO Pin Tail Minnow is made using high-quality Japanese Dura-Tough plastic. Tough and durable while at the same time still elastic and capable of producing great action. This makes for a bait than can stand up to multiple fish without breaking apart. As with the other baits, the pintail minnows are infused with Amino Bite Scent which creates a scent trail that leads fish to it. Along with. In addition, each bait is infused with salt, which makes them even more enticing to bass.
As with the other two new baits, these baits are infused with the Amino Bite Scent as well. So as you fish these stick baits a scent trail will be created to lead the fish to it.
