Watch: Building a Clothes Dresser With a Secret Gun Compartment

This video takes you all the way through the design and building of a bedroom dresser that has a secret storage compartment under the top. The video goes at warp speed most of the time, so if you are serious about building one yourself, you will probably have to replay a lot. But without speeding it up, the video would have been way too long.

I like how the release mechanism is easy to use without hunting for a little bitty release button. If you ever need your gun in a hurry, you want it in your hands NOW. At the same time, the use of old pallet wood means the release lever isn’t obvious.
