[SHOT 2025] Real Avid’s New DIY Gun Tools – The X3 Driver System

Real Avid, the leader in DIY for Guns, is here at SHOT Show 2025 continuing to bring out essential tools needed by do-it-yourself gun guys and gunsmiths alike. Their latest addition is the new X3 multi-function driver system, built to work with almost all gun builds, modifications, and maintenance routines. The X3 Driver, based on a conventional ratchet driver, comes with a 72-position ratchet mechanism that helps deliver maximum leverage and exact bit positioning. The X3 Driver features a knurled bit rotation wheel on the back of the driver, allowing easy, one-finger alignment of the bit for dealing with tight spaces. The X3 also includes a T-handle that can be installed perpendicular into the driver handle for easy quick adjustments. The X3 Driver system includes a straight-shank bit driver that accepts quarter-inch bits and works as a traditional screwdriver. The X3 Driver system is going to debut in five distinct tooling kits developed for serious DIYers and professional gunsmiths. MSRP ranges from $99.99 to $149.99 for the driver kits, and $29.99 to $49.99 for the bit kits.
