Unity Tactical, known for its innovative designs that seamlessly integrate tactical systems and enhance operational efficiency, has unveiled its LINK™ USB-C System. This cutting-edge system comprises GASCAP™ – a LINK USB-C Tailcap tailored for SureFire® Scout®-style weapon lights – and the integration of LINK USB-C functionality into three of its current lines of modular electronic switches. This release represents a significant advancement in switching technology, introducing USB-C capabilities to weapon-mounted lights and switches, thereby opening doors to expanded future potentials for charging.

The LINK System seems to boast exceptional performance, delivering nearly zero loss in output and ensuring consistent and reliable activation according to UNITY. The GASCAP features a lateral and reversible interface, offering a wide range of mounting and cable management options. Its protective cage not only safeguards the cable but also “guarantees” a secure lockup. Additionally, the GASCAP incorporates a full-size latching button onboard, allowing for both momentary and constant activation of your device.

Constructed from high-impact polymer, the GASCAP™ is impressively lightweight, weighing nearly one ounce less than other available tailcaps. It is waterproof up to one meter for 30 minutes, with or without a cable installed, further enhancing its resilience and reliability.
The LINK™ System will debut with GASCAP™ and will be available in UNITY’s AXON, AXON SL, and Modlite ModButton Lite switch product lines. UNITY Tactical also plans to introduce further innovations and expand its product offerings in the future.

Initially, GASCAP will be offered in black or FDE (Flat Dark Earth) and is compatible with SureFire Scout-style weapon lights. It will be available for purchase at a retail price of $109 starting in October. Alongside GASCAP, LINK USB-C variants of AXON, AXON SL, and ModButton Lite switches will also be released in October.
