Mossberg has cemented a legendary legacy of crafting some of the best shotguns in the world – and as of late – they are working on building up an additional reputation in the bolt-action rifle realm. Mossberg unveiled a new variation of their Patriot rifle while at SHOT Show 2023 in the Patriot LR Tactical meant to deliver long-range accuracy. It boasts modern features like an adjustable cheek-rest, length-of-pull, and a threaded muzzle for the 21st century shooter and/or hunter.

These new Mossberg bolt-action rifles debuted through the Patriot LR Tactical series have an MSRP of $1,085 for all 3 cartridges that they are currently being offered in. At the moment, they come in a Flat Dark Earth synthetic stock colorway with black accents. You also receive simply yet valuable add-ons like M-LOK slots for accessories, sling studs for slings and/or bipods, and a 20 MOA Picatinny Rail to get an optic mounted on it straight out-of-the-box.
