Introducing Magpul’s NEW Everyday Carry Tejas Belts

Belts are sometimes thought of as either decorative or practical, but why not both? Magpul had the same question when they released the original Tejas belts. Now, new for 2022, Magpul is extending the line with three new styles: the El Delgado, El Pistolero, and El Cibolo.

El Delgado
“With a design similar to our popular “El Original” gun belt, our Magpul Tejas Gun Belt – “El Delgado” was designed with a thinner polymer backing, resulting in an even more flexible belt that won’t give up its gun belt rigidity. As a result, the “El Delgado” retains its original shape over its lifetime without adding extra bulk.”
The outer layer of the El Delgado is made from 100% North American bull hide leather. This is reinforced with a flexible layer of polymer to add rigidity and stave off sagging. The belt is an inch and a half (1 1/2″) wide and 0.21″ thick. This means that the belt will hold your EDC gear, but will, more importantly, fit through your belt loops. The El Delgado is available in Black or Chocolate, and even sizes from 32″ to 46″. MSRP is $89.95.
El Pistolero
“Constructed with the same ingenuity and reliability found in our hardware, our Magpul Tejas Gun Belt – “El Pistolero” can handle the most demanding use and look good while doing it. Crafted from 100% North American bull hide and backed by a supporting, flexible layer of reinforcing polymer, it provides gun belt rigidity with dress belt comfort and offers a stretch and sag-free performance.”
What sets the El Pistolero apart is the decorative stitching that runs the length of the belt. It is 1 1/2″ wide and 1/4″ thick. The low-profile buckle is removable and is designed to reduce printing by sitting flat against your body. It’s available in Black, Chocolate, and Light Brown. Sizes run from 32″ to 46″ and the MSRP is $114.95.
El Cibolo
“Constructed with the same ingenuity and reliability found in our hardware, our Magpul Tejas Gun Belt – “Cibolo” is a beautiful American-made gun belt ready for your everyday wear. This 3-ply belt is crafted from a solid, one-piece strap of 100% American bison hide, reinforced with North American bull hide, which is then backed by a supporting, flexible polymer reinforcement. The result is a comfortable and refined belt that’s strong enough to carry your pistol.”
The distressed look of the El Cibolo is a consequence of its 100% American bison construction. Just like the El Pistolero, the belt is 1 1/2″ wide and 1/4″ thick. All of these Tejas belts have eight holes for sizing. The El Cibolo uses the same buckle to keep your waistline flat. It’s available in sizes ranging from 32″ to 46″ and in Black or Chocolate. The MSRP is $119.95.
