I am on the shooting range weekly and sometimes daily. Without a doubt hearing protection is a must. Over the years I have used everything from empty shell casings to rolled up tissue paper for ear protection, and none of those choices were a good idea. For the last four or five years now, I have been using Walker brand electronic ear pro and have not been disappointed.
