I’m traveling abroad for vacation but wanted to bring you this week’s big gun news while I’m here in London, England. Here are the headlines:
- Governor Chris Christie issues a full pardon for Shaneen Allen. A huge victory for justice in New Jersey!
- Detroit’s Top Cop supports conceal carry on NPR’s Morning Edition, and support for gun rights amongst African Americans jumps up to 54 percent.
- Clear Channel pulls donated anti-gun ads after being challenged by the Gun Owners’ Action League, the NRA state affiliate in Massachusetts.
This week’s Good Guy with a Gun story brings us to Garland, Texas where another good guy homeowner successfully defends himself from the bad guys.
Finally, CBS This Morning covers the “Guntry Club” movement cropping up in parts of the nation.
